What a scary time for Shreveport as the Symphony has an uncertain future. I have been reading about the struggles in the newspaper, but certainly don’t know enough to weigh in at this point. What I do know is that I can’t imagine our city without it, especially without the beautiful sounds of musicians like FBC, Shreveporter Ruth Drummond (as seen in blog photo below).
